Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and user testing
- Create pixel-perfect UI designs using Figma and Adobe XD, ensuring consistency across all platforms
- Develop comprehensive design systems and component libraries to streamline development
- Conduct usability testing sessions and synthesize insights to iteratively improve products
- Collaborate with engineers to implement designs with pixel-perfect precision
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with clear rationale and data-backed recommendations
- Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing SaaS and fintech products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Proven experience conducting user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions to technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
