Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting strategies to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from initial discovery calls to contract negotiation and closing.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and tailored presentations for C-level executives.
- Manage and forecast a robust pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
- Mentor junior sales team members and share best practices to improve team performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Customer Success) to ensure seamless client onboarding.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the SaaS or technology sector.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding quarterly and annual sales quotas.
- Deep understanding of the sales methodology and ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce or other advanced CRM platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a 'hunter' mentality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
