Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns to generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
- Conduct discovery calls and product demos to uncover client pain points and tailor solutions.
- Navigate complex sales cycles, including contract negotiation and closing high-value deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies and messaging.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and adhere to sales reporting standards.
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers to ensure account retention.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or consultative selling.
- Proven track record of exceeding monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong work ethic, resilience, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
