- Manage a pipeline of 50+ qualified leads, maintaining 85%+ conversion rate
- Collaborate with product teams to customize solutions for complex client requirements
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and present ROI analyses to C-level stakeholders
- Mentor junior sales representatives through peer coaching sessions
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to document interactions and forecast sales with 95%+ accuracy
- Identify and pursue upsell opportunities within existing client portfolios
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience with SaaS solutions
- Proven track record of exceeding $1M+ annual sales quotas
- Expertise in solution selling and complex negotiation techniques
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, and sales analytics tools
- Strong network within NYC financial services industry preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Certified Sales Professional (CSP) designation highly desirable
