Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic outbound sales plans to generate new business leads and opportunities.
- Conduct high-value discovery calls and product demonstrations to qualify prospects and understand their business needs.
- Lead negotiations, contract reviews, and close deals within the agreed-upon sales cycle.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to refine targeting and improve lead conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (Salesforce) regarding pipeline status and client interactions.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas consistently.
- Act as a subject matter expert on our products/services to provide value-added insights to clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, specifically in the SaaS or Technology sector.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Strong proficiency with CRM software, particularly Salesforce.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence.
- Self-motivated and disciplined with a natural ability to prospect and network.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and team events (up to 20%).
