Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed quarterly revenue targets
- Identify, qualify, and convert high-value enterprise clients across North America
- Lead complex B2B sales cycles from discovery to contract negotiation
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine value propositions
- Maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce and provide weekly sales forecasts
- Mentor junior sales representatives on best practices and techniques
- Analyze market trends to identify new revenue opportunities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience with SaaS technology solutions
- Proven track record of exceeding $1M+ annual sales quotas
- Expertise in consultative selling and complex enterprise negotiations
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Certified Salesforce Administrator or similar designation preferred
- Ability to travel up to 25% for client meetings and industry events
