Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for enterprise accounts ($100K+ ARR)
- Lead full-cycle sales process from prospecting to contract negotiation
- Collaborate with product team to identify client needs and solution fit
- Utilize Salesforce and HubSpot to maintain accurate CRM data and forecasts
- Present product demonstrations to C-level stakeholders at Fortune 500 companies
- Mentor junior sales associates on best practices and closing techniques
- Drive quarterly revenue targets while maintaining 25%+ YoY growth
Qualifications
- 7+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience with SaaS or tech products
- Proven track record exceeding $2M+ annual sales quotas
- Expertise in complex solution selling and value-based negotiations
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics
- Experience managing sales cycles with 6-12 month decision timelines
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate technical solutions
- Certification in sales methodology (MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.) preferred
