Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing client relationships
- Conduct discovery calls with healthcare executives to diagnose pain points and tailor solution presentations
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation using Salesforce and HubSpot
- Collaborate with product teams to provide market feedback and influence product roadmaps
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets by an average of 120% through consultative selling approaches
- Maintain CRM hygiene with 95%+ data accuracy and activity documentation
- Present product demonstrations to C-suite stakeholders at industry conferences and client sites
- Mentor junior sales associates through peer coaching and best practice sharing
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience with proven track record in SaaS or healthcare technology
- Documented history of 110%+ quota achievement in previous roles
- Expertise in complex solution selling with enterprise-level accounts ($50k+ ACV)
- Proficient in Salesforce, Gong, and sales analytics platforms
- Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and healthcare IT infrastructure
- Exceptional negotiation skills with ability to close multi-year contracts
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Valid driver's license for regional travel (25% travel required)
