Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate enterprise accounts in the Midwest region
- Cultivate executive-level relationships with Fortune 500 companies and key decision-makers
- Lead complex B2B sales cycles from prospecting to contract negotiation
- Collaborate with product teams to identify new market opportunities and product enhancements
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data in Salesforce and deliver weekly performance reports
- Mentor junior sales representatives through structured training programs
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to adjust sales strategies
Qualifications
- 7+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience with proven $1M+ annual quota achievement
- Exceptional proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales analytics

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
