- Lead complex contract negotiations and close multi-year agreements
- Mentor junior sales associates through peer-to-peer training
- Analyze sales data to identify upsell opportunities and market trends
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with proven quota achievement
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales methodologies
- Strong track record of closing enterprise deals ($100K+ ARR)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or equivalent designation preferred
- Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills
- Ability to travel 20% for client meetings and industry events
