Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for enterprise accounts in the healthcare and fintech sectors
- Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation using Salesforce and HubSpot
- Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns and analyze sales metrics
- Maintain 150+ active client relationships with quarterly business reviews
- Mentor junior sales associates through our peer coaching program
- Identify product improvement opportunities through client feedback analysis
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets (avg. $2M+ annually)
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in B2B SaaS sales with enterprise account management
- Proven track record exceeding $1M+ annually in sales revenue
- Expertise in Salesforce, Gong, and sales analytics tools
- Strong negotiation skills with C-level executives
- Experience developing vertical-specific sales strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Professional certifications (e.g., CSE, CPSM) preferred
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
