Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for enterprise accounts in Texas and surrounding states
- Identify, qualify, and close 6-8 high-value B2B contracts quarterly ($150K+ ACV)
- Leverage Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and activity tracking
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine value propositions and competitive positioning
- Lead complex negotiations with C-suite executives and procurement stakeholders
- Mentor junior sales representatives on objection handling and deal structuring
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise software/B2B sales experience with proven $100K+ track record
- Expertise in consultative selling methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger)
- Proficiency in Salesforce and sales analytics tools (Gong, Clari)
- Demonstrated success in selling complex SaaS solutions to C-level audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong understanding of AI/data analytics industry trends and competitive landscape
