Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Identify, qualify, and prospect new enterprise clients across Illinois and surrounding states
- Lead full sales cycle from initial discovery to contract negotiation and implementation
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine value propositions and sales collateral
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data in Salesforce CRM
- Mentor junior sales associates to develop team capabilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience with SaaS or technology solutions
- Proven track record of exceeding $1M+ annual sales quotas
- Expertise in consultative selling and complex enterprise negotiations
- Proficiency with Salesforce and sales analytics tools
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel 20-30% of the time
- Experience managing sales cycles with 6+ month closing timelines
