Responsibilities
- Drive enterprise sales cycles for our flagship fintech platform
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for Fortune 500 targets
- Lead discovery calls, product demos, and contract negotiations
- Maintain 120%+ annual quota achievement with 80%+ close rate
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation strategies
- Provide weekly pipeline reports and competitive intelligence
- Mentor junior sales associates on best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years enterprise SaaS sales experience with $100K+ deals
- Proven track record in fintech or adjacent B2B tech sectors
- Expertise in complex solution selling and value-based pricing
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Certified in Salesforce or HubSpot (preferred)
