Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed quarterly revenue targets
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives at Fortune 500 companies
- Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing
- Collaborate with product team to provide market insights for product enhancement
- Mentor junior sales representatives through structured training programs
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize conversion strategies
- Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience with proven track record of exceeding quotas
- Expertise in complex enterprise sales cycles ($100K+ deals)
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel 20% of time for client meetings and industry events
- Experience managing sales pipelines with 50+ active opportunities
- Certification in sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.) preferred
