Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly revenue targets
- Identify, qualify, and nurture high-value enterprise clients across financial services sector
- Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine value propositions
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data in Salesforce and provide weekly performance reports

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience with 3+ years in fintech or financial services
- Proven track record of exceeding $1M+ annual sales quotas
- Expertise in solution selling for enterprise-level software/SaaS products
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and sales analytics tools
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and pricing strategies
