Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed quarterly revenue targets
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives at Fortune 500 companies
- Lead full sales cycles from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure
- Analyze market trends and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies and messaging
- Maintain accurate CRM data and provide weekly sales pipeline reports
- Mentor junior sales team members to improve performance metrics
Qualifications
- 8+ years of B2B sales experience with 3+ years in enterprise sales
- Proven track record of exceeding $1M+ annual sales quotas
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in SaaS, technology, or professional services industries
- Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or equivalent designation preferred
- Ability to travel 25% of the time for client meetings and industry events
