Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for enterprise clients in manufacturing and logistics sectors
- Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure, maintaining 120%+ quota attainment
- Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and ROI presentations to C-level stakeholders
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns and CRM data hygiene
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reporting in Salesforce
- Mentor junior sales associates on negotiation tactics and objection handling
Qualifications
- 5+ years B2B SaaS sales experience with $100K+ deal sizes
- Proven track record in enterprise sales within manufacturing or logistics
- Expertise in Salesforce.com and sales automation tools
- Certified in value-based selling methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel 25% of time across Midwest region
