Responsibilities
- Drive new business development and revenue growth by identifying and pursuing high-value prospects within the Northeast region.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, from initial prospecting and needs analysis to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and optimize lead conversion strategies.
- Accurately forecast sales pipelines and provide regular performance reports to executive leadership.
- Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling sales presentations to C-level executives.
- Stay abreast of market trends and competitive landscape to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in a B2B environment (minimum 5 years experience).
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and negotiate complex deals with high-net-worth individuals.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on executive presence.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently while being a collaborative team player.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events (up to 20% of the time).
