Responsibilities

- Identify and prospect new enterprise accounts across Illinois, Wisconsin, and Indiana
- Lead full-cycle sales process from discovery to contract negotiation
- Collaborate with product team to customize solutions for complex client needs
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline in Salesforce with weekly forecasting
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with key accounts
- Mentor junior sales representatives on best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years enterprise B2B sales experience with SaaS solutions
- Proven track record exceeding $1M+ annual sales quotas
- Expert knowledge of Salesforce and CRM platforms
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Industry certifications (e.g., CSE, CSE+) preferred
- Ability to travel 30% of time within assigned territory
