Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for enterprise accounts across Northern California
- Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to closing complex 6-7 figure deals
- Build and maintain C-level relationships with key decision-makers at target companies
- Collaborate with marketing to generate qualified leads and optimize sales funnel
- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and competitive intelligence
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide weekly pipeline reports
- Mentor junior sales team members on best practices and negotiation techniques
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience with consistent 100%+ quota achievement
- Proven track record selling SaaS solutions to Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to articulate complex technical value propositions
- Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Industry certifications (e.g., CSE, CSM) strongly preferred
