Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers in Fortune 500 companies
- Conduct product demonstrations and create customized proposals addressing client pain points
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to identify market trends and growth opportunities
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data in Salesforce and provide weekly performance reports

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience with consistent quota achievement
- Proven track record of selling enterprise-level software solutions
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM platforms
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret market data and customer feedback
- Certified Sales Professional (CSP) designation or equivalent
