Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly revenue targets
- Identify, qualify, and convert enterprise clients through consultative selling

- Present product demonstrations and customized solutions to C-level executives
- Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast sales pipeline with precision
- Drive cross-functional projects with product and operations teams
- Mentor junior sales representatives through peer coaching sessions

Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in SaaS or technology sector
- Proven track record of exceeding $1M+ annual sales targets
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales analytics tools
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Strong negotiation abilities and contract management expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Certified Sales Professional (CSP) designation preferred
- Ability to travel 15% of time for client meetings and industry events
