Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed quarterly targets across enterprise accounts
- Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations to align solutions with client needs
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and implementation
- Cultivate relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers in Fortune 500 companies
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine value propositions and competitive positioning
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide weekly sales forecasts
Qualifications
- 8+ years of B2B sales experience with 4+ years in enterprise/SaaS sales
- Proven track record of exceeding $1M+ annual sales quotas
- Expertise in consultative selling and complex solution-based negotiations
- Proficiency with Salesforce and sales analytics tools (e.g., Gong, Outreach)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate technical value propositions
