- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed quarterly targets for enterprise software solutions
- Cultivate C-level relationships with Fortune 500 prospects across North America
- Lead complex sales cycles from initial discovery to contract negotiation and closure
- Collaborate with product teams to deliver tailored client solutions
- Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast sales pipeline with precision
- Mentor junior sales associates through peer training programs
- Analyze market trends to identify new revenue opportunities
Qualifications
- 8+ years of B2B enterprise software sales experience with consistent 120%+ quota achievement
- Proven track record of selling SaaS solutions to Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to articulate complex technical value propositions
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and sales analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Certified Sales Executive (CSE) designation preferred
- Experience managing sales cycles averaging 6-9 months duration
- Strong negotiation skills with $500k+ deal experience
