Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new enterprise accounts
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing
- Build and maintain C-level relationships with Fortune 500 clients
- Collaborate with product team to identify upsell opportunities
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets through consistent pipeline growth
- Leverage CRM tools to track performance and forecast accurately
- Mentor junior sales associates on best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience with SaaS solutions
- Proven track record exceeding $1M+ in annual sales quotas
- Expertise in complex deal negotiation and contract structuring
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Experience selling to C-suite executives in tech/finance sectors
