Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive revenue management strategies aligned with market trends and property goals.
- Utilize Revenue Management Systems (RMS) such as iDeaS or Duetto to optimize room pricing and inventory allocation in real-time.
- Analyze market data, competitor rates, and demand patterns to forecast accurate future performance.
- Lead the Sales and Marketing teams to maximize yield from corporate contracts and OTA channels.
- Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly P&L reports for executive review.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the NYC hospitality landscape and local events.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of Revenue Management experience in luxury or upscale hotels.
- Proven expertise in Revenue Management Systems (RMS) and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
- Fluency in English (bi-lingual is a plus).
