Responsibilities
- Oversee daily resort operations ensuring exceptional service standards across all departments
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue growth
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of 50+ hospitality professionals
- Coordinate with vendors and partners for premium guest experiences (spa, dining, activities)
- Monitor financial performance, budget adherence, and cost optimization
- Ensure compliance with local tourism regulations and safety protocols
- Collaborate with marketing team on brand positioning and guest acquisition
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in luxury hospitality management with 2+ years in resort operations
- Proven track record of exceeding guest satisfaction targets
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages preferred
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Expertise in staff development and cross-cultural team leadership
- Deep knowledge of Bali tourism landscape and local culture
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Relevant degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent certification
