You'll oversee a team of 35+ professionals across front-of-house, bar, and event operations while maintaining uncompromising standards of quality and service.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative beverage programs, including seasonal cocktail menus, wine pairings, and exclusive tasting events
- Lead P&L management with $2M+ annual budget responsibility, achieving 15% YoY revenue growth
- Mentor and train F&B team on service standards, product knowledge, and upselling techniques
- Collaborate with executive chef on menu integration and culinary cross-functional initiatives
- Oversee inventory control, vendor relationships, and cost optimization strategies
- Design and execute high-impact private dining and corporate event experiences
- Implement digital reservation systems and guest engagement platforms
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive F&B management experience in Michelin-starred or AAA Five-Diamond establishments
- Advanced sommelier certification (Court of Master Sommeliers or equivalent)
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and optimizing cost structures
- Expertise in staff training programs with emphasis on service excellence
- Strong knowledge of local and international beverage trends, sourcing, and regulations
- Proficient in restaurant management software (POS, inventory, CRM)
- Exceptional leadership skills with ability to inspire high-performing teams
