Responsibilities
- Oversee daily resort operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and recreational facilities
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue generation
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 100+ hospitality professionals
- Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and optimize operational costs
- Ensure compliance with international safety, health, and quality standards
- Collaborate with marketing team to drive occupancy and build brand reputation
- Forge strategic partnerships with local tourism authorities and vendors
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in luxury hospitality management with 3+ years at resort level
- Proven track record in P&L management and revenue optimization
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages highly valued
- Relevant degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Deep knowledge of Bali tourism market and cultural sensitivity
- Exceptional problem-solving and crisis management skills
- Advanced proficiency in Opera PMS and hospitality management systems
