Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of 15+ service professionals through mentorship and performance management
- Implement and maintain exceptional service standards aligned with Michelin-quality experiences
- Manage vendor relationships, cost control, and P&L optimization while maintaining premium quality
- Develop innovative seasonal menus and promotional events in collaboration with executive chefs
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's food safety regulations and HACCP standards
- Drive guest satisfaction through personalized service and complaint resolution protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in luxury restaurant management with 3+ years in senior leadership roles
- Proven track record in P&L management, inventory control, and cost optimization
- Advanced certification in hospitality management or equivalent industry experience
- Expert knowledge of Singaporean F&B regulations and licensing requirements
- Exceptional leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin or other Asian languages highly valued
