Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and ambiance.
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and conducting performance reviews.
- Monitor inventory levels and oversee cost control measures to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop seasonal menus and promotional events.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve conflicts efficiently to maintain a positive reputation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management or a related leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing staff and driving revenue growth in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Business preferred.
- Certification in food safety (e.g., ServSafe) is a plus.
