Qualifications
- 10+ years professional culinary experience with 3+ as Head Chef
- Formal culinary degree or equivalent apprenticeship
- Proven track record in high-volume fine dining establishments
- Expertise in farm-to-table and sustainable practices
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Knowledge of NYC health codes and regulations
- Exceptional creativity and attention to detail
- Ability to work nights/weekends and manage high-pressure environments
