Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality controlDevelop and implement service standards aligned with brand identity and luxury market expectationsLead, train, and motivate 20+ F&B professionals with focus on talent retention and performanceManage financial performance including budgeting, cost control, and P&L optimizationDrive customer satisfaction through personalized service and complaint resolution protocolsCollaborate with culinary team on menu development, seasonal offerings, and supplier partnershipsEnsure compliance with Singapore's food safety regulations and HACCP standardsMonitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent with 5+ years in fine dining managementProven track record of achieving revenue targets and improving operational KPIsAdvanced certification in Food Safety Management (e.g., WSQ Advanced Food Hygiene)Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teamsFluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin and/or Japanese for international clienteleExpertise in restaurant management systems (e.g., Toast, Oracle MICROS)Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making and financial reportingAbility to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and public holidays
