TerraCore Drilling & Exploration is seeking a highly skilled Senior Reservoir Engineer to lead our technical team in Houston. You will be at the forefront of optimizing reservoir performance, enhancing recovery factors, and ensuring sustainable production targets for our diverse portfolio of onshore and offshore assets.

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of reservoir simulation models to predict production behavior and optimize field development strategies.
- Analyze geological and petrophysical data to characterize reservoir heterogeneity and drive decision-making processes.
- Develop and implement Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) techniques to maximize asset longevity and profitability.
- Conduct comprehensive economic evaluations and risk assessments for new drilling projects and field extensions.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the reservoir engineering team.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Monitor production performance data and troubleshoot reservoir issues to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in reservoir engineering within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Proven expertise in reservoir simulation software (e.g., ECLIPSE, CMG, or tNavigator).
- Strong understanding of reservoir rock mechanics, fluid properties (PVT), and multiphase flow.
- Petroleum Engineering Professional (PE) license is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings effectively.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
