Responsibilities
- Design and execute reservoir simulation studies to optimize hydrocarbon recovery
- Analyze well performance data and recommend operational improvements
- Develop field development plans and production forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in reservoir characterization projects
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and regulatory requirements
- Present technical findings to executive stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (MS/PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of reservoir engineering experience in conventional/unconventional plays
- Expertise in reservoir simulation software (Eclipse, tNavigator)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Proven track record in field development planning
