Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (MS/PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of reservoir engineering experience in oil/gas operations

- Strong background in enhanced oil recovery (EOR) techniques
- Valid PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Demonstrated success in field development planning
