Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design of complex electrical systems, including power supply units, control circuits, and embedded subsystems.
- Develop and simulate circuit schematics using industry-standard tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Cadence).
- Oversee the layout and fabrication of Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) ensuring high signal integrity and thermal management.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews to ensure code and design best practices.
- Collaborate with mechanical and software teams to integrate electrical components into cohesive products.
- Create detailed technical documentation, including BOMs, test plans, and verification reports.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure product reliability and safety compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in electrical design and PCB layout.
- Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB design tools (Altium, OrCAD, or Mentor Graphics).
- Strong understanding of power electronics, analog/digital circuits, and embedded systems.
- Experience with signal integrity analysis and EMC compliance testing.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system-level issues and provide innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
