Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (MS/PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of reservoir engineering experience in unconventional plays
- Proficiency in reservoir simulation software (e.g., Eclipse, Nexus, tNavigator)
- Strong analytical skills with reservoir characterization expertise
- Proven track record in production optimization and enhanced oil recovery
- Certified Petroleum Engineer (SPE) designation preferred
- Experience with digital oilfield technologies and data analytics
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
