Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle from conceptual design to prototyping and validation
- Analyze complex mechanical systems using FEA/CFD tools for performance optimization
- Design and validate manufacturing processes for automotive components
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews
- Interface with clients to translate requirements into engineering solutions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in production workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (MS preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in automotive or manufacturing engineering
- Expert proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD
- Strong analytical skills with FEA/CFD simulation experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus
- Knowledge of GD&T and ASME Y14.5 standards
- Proven track record of successful product launches
