You will play a pivotal role in optimizing recovery, driving production efficiency, and mentoring a high-performing technical team in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive reservoir simulation models to forecast production performance.
- Conduct detailed economic evaluations and risk assessments for new drilling opportunities.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including geologists and drillers to optimize well placement.
- Monitor and analyze field performance data to identify production enhancement opportunities.
- Manage regulatory reporting and ensure compliance with internal technical standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Present data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in reservoir engineering within the Oil & Gas sector.
- Advanced proficiency in industry-standard software such as Petrel, Eclipse, or Kappa.
- Strong background in unconventional reservoir characterization and decline curve analysis.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale assets and increasing recovery factors.
- Exceptional analytical, project management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license is highly preferred.
