Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced reservoir simulation models using industry-standard software
- Analyze production data to optimize field development strategies and enhance recovery rates
- Lead cross-functional teams in drilling and completion program execution
- Develop economic models for field development projects and investment proposals
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability standards
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of reservoir engineering experience in upstream oil & gas operations
- Expertise in reservoir simulation (Eclipse, CMG) and production analysis software
- Strong knowledge of enhanced oil recovery (EOR) techniques and unconventional resources
- Proven track record in field development planning and economic evaluation
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Experience with digital transformation technologies in energy sector
