Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed reservoir management plans and economic evaluations
- Mentor junior engineers and present technical findings to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in reservoir engineering for unconventional resources
- Proficiency in reservoir simulation software (e.g., Eclipse, Nexus)
- Strong knowledge of Darcy's law, material balance equations, and well testing
- Certified Petroleum Engineer (SPE) designation required
- Demonstrated success in horizontal well design and hydraulic fracturing
- Experience with machine learning applications in production optimization
