Responsibilities
- Design and execute reservoir simulation models for unconventional gas/oil projects
- Develop field development plans and optimize production strategies
- Conduct economic analysis and reserves evaluations
- Lead cross-functional teams in reservoir surveillance programs
- Implement digital transformation initiatives including AI/ML applications
- Mentor junior engineers and technical staff
- Present technical findings to executive stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (MS/PhD preferred)
- 8+ years reservoir engineering experience in unconventional plays
- Advanced proficiency in reservoir simulation software (e.g., Eclipse, Nexus)
- Strong background in production data analytics and DHI interpretation
- Experience with economic modeling and reserves reporting (SEC/PRMS)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Demonstrated leadership in multidisciplinary project delivery
