We are seeking a highly analytical Senior Reservoir Engineer to lead complex field development projects and maximize asset value. In this role, you will leverage cutting-edge simulation software and data analytics to drive optimization across our high-performing onshore and offshore portfolios.
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed reservoir simulation and material balance analysis to optimize production recovery.
- Evaluate development opportunities and provide technical guidance for drilling and workover programs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate geophysical, petrophysical, and production data.
- Conduct rigorous economic evaluations and risk assessments for capital project proposals.
- Prepare comprehensive reserve reports in compliance with SEC and PRMS standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of technical excellence and safety.
- Drive the implementation of enhanced oil recovery (EOR) pilot projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in reservoir engineering within the O&G sector.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Eclipse, Petrel, Kappa, or OFM.
- Deep understanding of decline curve analysis, pressure transient analysis, and fluid properties.
- Proven track record of project management in multi-phase field development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interface with stakeholders.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license is highly preferred.
