Responsibilities
- Design and optimize reservoir development plans using advanced simulation software (Eclipse, PIPESIM)
- Analyze production data to identify enhancement opportunities and forecast recovery rates
- Lead cross-functional projects integrating drilling, completion, and production strategies
- Develop economic models for field development and production optimization
- Mentor junior engineers while maintaining compliance with industry standards (SPE, API)
- Collaborate with geoscientists to interpret seismic data and reservoir characterization
- Implement digital transformation initiatives in reservoir management workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years of reservoir engineering experience in upstream Oil & Gas
- Expertise in reservoir simulation and production forecasting tools
- Proven track record in field development planning and economic evaluation
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex geological data
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Experience with unconventional resources (shale, tight formations)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Spotfire)
