Responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical schematics, PCB layouts, and power distribution systems
- Lead hardware integration and testing for renewable energy storage solutions
- Perform electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) analysis and compliance testing
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews of design documentation
- Collaborate with software teams to develop embedded control systems for smart grid applications
- Research emerging technologies in power electronics and energy efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power electronics design and industrial applications
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Altium Designer, and MATLAB/Simulink
- Strong knowledge of NEC standards and power distribution systems
- Experience with renewable energy systems (solar, wind, battery storage)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 6 months
