Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Lead the design and implementation of civil infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and drainage systems.
- Technical Design: Create detailed drawings and specifications using AutoCAD and Revit, ensuring compliance with local and international codes (e.g., Dubai Municipality standards).
- Site Supervision: Oversee site operations, conduct regular inspections, and ensure quality control and safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Compliance & Reporting: Prepare detailed progress reports, cost estimates, and risk assessments for clients and stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project integration.
- Resource Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Masters preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in civil engineering, with a proven track record in infrastructure projects.
- Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent accreditation is highly desirable.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD.Pro, or similar structural analysis software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex engineering problems.
