Responsibilities
- Design and optimize reservoir simulation models to maximize hydrocarbon recovery
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in field development planning and production forecasting
- Implement advanced well completion techniques to enhance productivity
- Analyze production data and recommend operational improvements
- Develop economic models for field development scenarios
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and environmental regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (MS preferred)
- 8+ years of reservoir engineering experience in upstream operations
- Proficiency in reservoir simulation software (e.g., Eclipse, Nexus)
- Strong analytical skills with production data interpretation expertise
- Valid PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Experience with unconventional reservoirs (shale, tight sands)
- Proven project leadership in cross-functional environments
