Responsibilities
- Design and optimize reservoir simulation models for unconventional assets
- Lead production forecasting and economic analysis for multi-well projects
- Collaborate with geoscience teams to integrate seismic and petrophysical data
- Develop enhanced oil recovery (EOR) strategies for mature fields
- Present technical recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor junior engineers and implement best practices in reservoir management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (MS/PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of reservoir engineering experience in offshore operations
- Proficiency in reservoir simulation software (e.g., Eclipse, tNavigator)
- Strong background in well testing and pressure transient analysis
- Proven track record in EOR project implementation
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Experience with Gulf of Mexico reservoir conditions essential
